How often should I evaluate the condition of my parking lots?

Once a year.

What exactly is seal coating versus repaving?

Seal coat is a protective coating that protects the asphalt from oil, gas, and sun light. Seal coat prolongs the life of your asphalt. Repaving is a new asphalt surface that cost about 10 times more than seal coating.

What will seal coating my parking lot do to help make it last longer?

It will protect the asphalt from harsh chemicals like gas and oils. It also protects it from the sun light.

How long do we have to stay off the asphalt after it is sealed?

24 to 48 hours.

How often should we sealcoat our parking lot areas?

You should seal coat your asphalt surface every 2 to 3 years. This all depends on the traffic flow.

How long does it take striping paint to dry?

15 to 20 minutes.

Can you help us become compliant with ADA requirements?
